Position Overview
The Practical Nursing Specialist is tasked with delivering exceptional nursing care in accordance with established nursing techniques, procedures, and standards aligned with the nursing practice scope. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to assess, plan, and implement safe nursing care.
  • Acting as a resident advocate, placing the resident at the center of all activities.
  • Facilitating effective communication among residents, families, and team members.
  • Administering medications with precision and efficiency.
  • Fostering positive outcomes for residents.
  • Upholding respect by treating others as we wish to be treated.
  • Exhibiting kindness, compassion, honesty, and integrity consistently.

Qualifications
  • Valid nursing license
