As a State Certified Nurse Aide (STNA), Certified Nurse Aide (CNA), or Home Health Aide (HHA), you will enjoy the flexibility and fulfillment that comes with providing care in a home setting. Our compensation structure is based on a per-visit rate, allowing you to influence your earnings by selecting the number of visits you wish to complete. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes mileage reimbursement, dental and vision insurance, paid vacation, a 401k plan with matching contributions, and company-paid life insurance.

As a Home Care Aide, you will deliver patient care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. Our clinical team will work closely with you to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality of care. You will be provided with a care plan that outlines the specific tasks to be performed, as approved by the Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting clients with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Supporting daily living activities (ADLs) such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and mobility exercises.
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to address any patient needs.
  • Communicating with office personnel regarding schedule adjustments and patient concerns.
  • Maintaining compliance with all required certifications, including CPR and in-service training.
  • Possessing basic computer skills; training will be provided for our user-friendly electronic medical system, AloraPlus.
