  3. Manages waste disposal by emptying trash receptacles and ensuring proper garbage disposal methods.
  4. Conducts daily cleaning tasks that encompass dry storage areas, shelving, steam tables, and exhaust systems.
  5. Properly stores all kitchen items and equipment in designated locations.
  6. Adheres to safe work practices throughout all job functions.
  7. Responsible for washing and sanitizing all kitchenware and maintaining cleanliness post-service.
  8. Performs additional duties as assigned.
