The **Client Services Associate** will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and quality home care
  • Managing the coordination of client services and addressing urgent scheduling challenges
  • Establishing enduring relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations
  • Fostering strong, communicative partnerships with team members
  • Overseeing effective financial management of your caseload by tracking key metrics (admissions, Medicare percentage, reasons for rejected referrals, etc.)
  • Collaborating with Clinical Managers to provide guidance and support to field staff

Qualifications for the **Client Services Associate** position include:

  • A college degree is preferred, or a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Prior supervisory experience is advantageous
  • A proven track record of successfully taking on increased responsibilities and achieving goals
  • A desire to grow and advance within the organization
  • Strong computer proficiency (experience with electronic medical records is essential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
