About the Role

As a Client Relationship Consultant, you'll play a key role in building strong relationships with our clients, providing them with expert guidance and support to help them make informed financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up
  • Assess and attend to clients' banking needs, obtaining and processing customer and account information
  • Demonstrate and educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services
  • Recommend solutions based on each client's unique goals and needs
  • Maintain a working knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services, including digital products and services
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Typically 3-4 years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
  • Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up
  • Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems
