Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance operations, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
  • Receive, prioritize, and schedule maintenance requests, assigning tasks to maintenance personnel based on urgency, expertise, and availability.
  • Oversee the progress of work orders to guarantee timely completion.
  • Identify and coordinate with external service providers for specialized maintenance tasks.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a talent for prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in maintenance management software and MS Office applications.
  • Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
