Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance operations, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
- Receive, prioritize, and schedule maintenance requests, assigning tasks to maintenance personnel based on urgency, expertise, and availability.
- Oversee the progress of work orders to guarantee timely completion.
- Identify and coordinate with external service providers for specialized maintenance tasks.
- Solicit quotes, negotiate agreements, and manage vendor performance.
- Order and monitor the delivery of maintenance supplies.
- Keep records of safety inspections, incidents, and corrective measures.
- Prepare and present regular reports on maintenance performance, expenses, and issues to management.
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in a maintenance or coordination role, ideally within a manufacturing, facilities management, or industrial environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a talent for prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and MS Office applications.
- Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
