Join Our Global Enterprise Sales Team

As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will collaborate with Client Managers to deliver technical pre-sales support for our Fortune 500 clientele across various sectors. Each day presents new challenges as our extensive offerings encompass Infrastructure Modernization, Multi-cloud Architecture, Security Transformation, and Digital Strategy, among others. With access to our Advanced Technology Center for briefings, training, workshops, demonstrations, and proofs of concept, you will provide top-tier results for our clients.

Your Responsibilities

In the role of Senior Solutions Architect, you will engage throughout the sales lifecycle, from opportunity identification and discovery to presales and service delivery hand-off. You will manage the development of intricate technical solutions while pinpointing opportunities for new business. Your focus will be on driving enterprise-level architectural strategies that align with customer objectives, and you will be responsible for articulating and sharing the long-term joint vision with both account executives and internal teams.

You will network with industry leaders, internal sales, client leadership, and both current and prospective clients to understand and convey current and future trends. Additionally, you will provide ongoing leadership and mentorship to consulting systems engineers within the team.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Developing and driving strategic enterprise solutions in technical domains such as Network, Cloud, Security Transformations, Software Defined Data Center, Data Engineering, and AIOps platforms.
  • Preparing both internal and customer-facing sales/technical presentations that simplify complex designs and concepts.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and executives within accounts.
  • Providing thought leadership within accounts.
  • Driving revenue growth with existing and new clients by leveraging the full WWT portfolio.
  • Establishing strategic partnerships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM).
  • Identifying new opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by the Client Director.
  • Bringing over 10 years of experience in successful consultative selling and/or account development for Commercial Enterprise accounts.
  • Demonstrating experience working with senior business partners and C-level clients to identify trends, communicate competitive actions, and present strategic plans.
  • Exhibiting a proven ability to contribute to new business development efforts.
  • Possessing the aptitude to identify strategic solutions to enterprise-wide business challenges.
  • Demonstrating experience in developing strategic technical plans.
  • Excelling at understanding and driving solutions centered on primary client needs.
  • Exhibiting outstanding interpersonal relationship-building and employee coaching skills.
  • Displaying visionary leadership and the ability to inspire a team.
  • Having strong financial and business acumen with an understanding of multifaceted business operations.
  • Exhibiting excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to manage diverse situations and rapidly changing priorities.
  • Approaching customer and sales requests with a proactive and consultative mindset; listening to and understanding user requests and needs effectively.
  • Demonstrating the ability to plan, develop, and manage programs and multiple projects.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
  • Possessing a high level of knowledge of automation platforms and tools (e.g., Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, Azure Resource Manager, Ansible, Chef).
