Job Title: HVAC Technician

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team at ConServ Building Services LLC. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service commercial refrigeration equipment and systems, including walk-in coolers, freezers, and small self-contained equipment.
  • Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
  • Test lines, components, and connections for leaks.
  • Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring.
  • Discuss heating or cooling system malfunctions with users to isolate problems and verify that repairs corrected malfunctions.
  • Repair or service heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to improve efficiency.
  • Install, connect, or adjust thermostats, humidistats, or timers.
  • Communicate with customers regarding the status of repair or maintenance being performed or needed on equipment.
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift 50lbs, climb a ladder, and work in any weather condition.
  • Universal EPA Certification.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and on-site drug test.
  • Safely operate and maintain company-provided vehicle.
  • Be available for after-hours service to customers.
  • Provide top-quality customer service.
  • Experience in a commercial HVAC setting, refrigeration equipment, ice machines, HVAC, hot foods, and preventative maintenance is a bonus.
  • Must provide own tools, such as basic hand tools, gauges, and power tools.
