Commissary Job Description

Kracky McGee's is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commissary team member to join our team at Eppley Airfield South Terminal Restaurant. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our cooks, cashiers, and bartenders have the necessary inventory to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Unload truck and process inventory according to company guidelines.
  • Maintain proper inventory levels and move product through security checkpoints in a timely and respectful manner.
  • Organize and maintain a clean and efficient stockroom.
  • Adhere to federal regulations for product movement in restricted areas.
  • Operate electrical or mechanical devices safely and efficiently.
  • Assist with cleanliness and trash maintenance of the restaurant.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Maintain a positive attitude, professionalism, and teamwork in customer service and business operations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Passion, energy, and a teachable attitude.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
