Job Summary

The Client Service Operations Senior Associate is responsible for overseeing operational activities and client inquiries for some of our largest Asset Owner clients on the West Coast. This role monitors and helps govern the performance of all business unit shared service teams, Global CoEs, and Service Delivery operations as it relates to the overall service level for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

As a Client Service Operations Senior Associate, you will:
  • Support the identification and resolution of work processing issues to streamline operations.
  • Participate in task realignment activities, including identification of work to be realigned, drafting procedures, and providing training and support to new processing teams.
  • Monitor day-to-day service delivery of Business Unit shared service teams and COEs for assigned clients.
  • Respond in a timely manner to both internal and external inquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong client and inter-departmental relationships.
  • Escalate unresolved issues or problems to Officer/AVP/VP.
  • Identify and report unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity in accordance with corporate policy and guidelines.

Requirements

Education and Experience

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics.
  • At least 2 years' work experience in accounting, finance, mutual fund operations, loan servicing, or related career.
  • Strong computer competence, including Microsoft applications, Excel, and Word.
  • Multitasking capability.
