Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant General Manager or 4+ years in a comparable managerial role within a full-service, upscale, high-volume dining environment

  • Basic knowledge of administrative functions and cost management
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High integrity and initiative
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution abilities
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Adept at analyzing processes, identifying issues, and developing solutions
  • Commitment to exceptional guest service and staff support
  • High standards for cleanliness, health, and safety
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
