Job Title: Associate Director, Compensation Strategies Job Summary: KPMG is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead the compensation strategy, design, and payout process for the Business Development (Sales & Alliances) organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits, with a focus on sales compensation design. Responsibilities: * Lead the compensation strategy, design, and payout process for the Business Development (Sales & Alliances) organization * Liaise with Business Development (Sales & Alliances) leaders to design all sales plans that meet business needs * Analyze market compensation survey results and advise client group on competitive position, market trends, and insights * Develop year-end compensation salary increase guidelines and analyze budget versus spend * Work with Finance and Accounting to project variable compensation and determine variable compensation accruals for formulaic plans * Collaborate with HR Business Advisors and leaders in client group to benchmark roles, advise on job description development, and make recommendations on job levels and assess competitive pay levels Requirements: * Minimum five years of recent, broad-based compensation experience, with a primary focus on sales compensation design * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university * Microsoft Office applications proficiency, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills * Strong analytic aptitude, including the capacity to communicate insights drawn from data using data visualization and written conclusions * Excellent project management skills, including robust follow-up and detail tracking What We Offer: KPMG offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including a competitive salary, comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
