Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for promoting sales growth through merchandise execution, ensuring your teams are well-trained, and delivering world-class service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage store operations to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Implement and maintain effective inventory management and merchandising strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
- 2+ years of experience in retail, travel stop, or c-store management
- 2+ years of experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2 Million+
- 2+ years of experience supervising and training 5-10 employees
- Valid Driver License
- Intermediate level of computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel

Our stores operate in a fast-paced environment, and you will be exposed to outdoor elements in all seasons. You will also be exposed to fumes and particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The noise level can be loud at times.
