Position: Clinical Support Technician - Stroke Care

Type: Full-Time - Day Shift

As a Clinical Support Technician specializing in Stroke Care, you will be responsible for delivering direct patient care that is routine and standardized, ensuring predictable outcomes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Your role is crucial in maintaining high standards of care and pursuing professional development opportunities.

  • Demonstrate respect and understanding of various clinical roles.
  • Foster effective communication with healthcare team members, patients, and their families.
  • Serve as a mentor for newly hired Clinical Technicians.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of one year in an acute care environment as a clinical technician, completion of an acute care clinical rotation in an accredited RN program, or two years of nursing education.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Certification: BLS certification required within 90 days of employment.
  • Training: Attendance at a six-week training orientation is mandatory upon hire.
  • Skills: Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
