  • Become proficient in Metrc and utilize the POS system for transactions.
  • Possess an in-depth understanding of cannabis products, including various consumption methods and storage requirements.
  • Accurately handle cash transactions and follow money management protocols.
  • Provide enthusiastic and efficient assistance to customers on the sales floor.
  • Keep the sales area clean and orderly.
  • Support opening and closing procedures as needed.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to ensure product availability.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
  • Maintain flexibility in scheduling, including availability for morning, midday, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 10 hours.
  • Demonstrate at least 2 years of experience in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced setting while managing customer flow effectively.
  • Maintain safety awareness at all times.
  • Adapt to various weather conditions as required.
  • All employees must be at least 21 years of age and pass a comprehensive background check.

This position is responsible for delivering the exact products requested by customers while providing an outstanding service experience. The Sales Associate is knowledgeable about cannabis use and administration, supported by a team of fellow associates and supervised by management.

The Sales Associate embodies a friendly and professional demeanor, using appropriate terminology for cannabis products. They possess extensive knowledge of the product menu, enabling them to confidently address customer inquiries regarding strain lineage, usage instructions, effects, and sourcing. As an ambassador of our brand, the Sales Associate strives to create a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring customers leave with positive impressions of their visit.

Sales Associates are expected to follow all training and directives from management, adapting to procedural changes as necessary. They maintain accuracy in inventory management and cash handling, ensuring a seamless customer experience. The Sales Associate is also responsible for supporting the next shift and preparing the store for continued success.

Compensation is based on experience.
