  • Maintain visual merchandising and housekeeping standards, adhering to company guidelines and priorities.
  • Support the sales and operations team in packaging and shipping client orders.
  • Assist in inventorying office supplies, packaging materials, and stationery.
  • Identify and assist with client jewelry repairs.
  • Ensure the organization and cleanliness of the jewelry cleaning area.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an operational role in a customer service environment, with luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to be detail-oriented, adapt, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs and to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

The expected base salary for this role is $22.00/hour.
