Job Overview

Quantum5 LLC is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to spearhead our B2B sales efforts in the automotive retail space. As a player/coach, you will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, leading, and mentoring a high-performing sales team to drive key growth and build a lucrative book of enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Quantum5's niche in the automotive retail market
  • Cultivate a hands-on leadership approach by partnering with sales team members on deal execution and managing an individual book of business
  • Create and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Meet and exceed sales revenue goals
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and retain a high-performing sales team
  • Coach and mentor sales team members to optimize individual performance
  • Maintain, update, and ensure compliance with the Sales Playbook
  • Develop sales proposals and responses to RFPs
  • Support complex sales presentations and negotiations
  • Monitor and troubleshoot key performance indicators (KPIs) such as funnel stage conversions, close rates, revenue vs. plan, customer loyalty, and organic growth
  • Travel to and present to prospects, at trade shows, and company events as required or needed
Requirements
  • 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with recent experience selling to OEMs and large dealer groups
  • Proven record of outstanding sales results and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience growing sales operations in a high-growth environment
  • A bachelor's degree or better with a business concentration or equivalent
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience and expertise in selling strategies and methodologies, strategic planning and execution, and employee motivation techniques
  • Ability to conduct effective discovery discussions and engineer and execute solutions to drive positive sales outcomes
  • Experience with agile work environment is preferred, but curiosity is required
  • Enjoys and thrives in fast-paced, changing, and growing environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is a plus
  • HubSpot CRM experience is a plus
