Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional nursing care to our patients and residents
  • Administering medications and treatments in accordance with established care standards, ensuring integrity and compassion
  • Maintaining effective communication through accurate documentation and verbal interactions
  • Building supportive relationships with patients/residents, their families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
  • Advocating for quality care and enhancing the customer experience

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A current license from the State Board of Nursing as an LPN or LVN
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively with patients/residents, physicians, and fellow team members
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
