Role Summary:

We are in search of a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at Ashford Gardens. The Charge Nurse plays a crucial role in managing patient care according to established treatment protocols and care standards. This position entails providing direct nursing care while supervising Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program and a valid state nursing license
  • At least one year of supervisory experience in a healthcare environment
  • Fluency in English
Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and report on patient conditions
  • Accurately document patient information
  • Collaborate with Registered Nurses and Nurse Managers
  • Implement physician orders
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Delegate tasks to CNA staff
  • Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients
  • Notify physicians or family members of any significant changes in patient status
  • Maintain quality assurance records for medical equipment
  • Uphold patient safety standards
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
