Job Description

At Apple, we're looking for a highly skilled Engineering Program Manager to join our Cloud Infrastructure team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering innovative product solutions that shape the future of large-scale infrastructure at Apple.

You'll partner with diverse teams across Apple to provide groundbreaking infrastructure that operates at substantial scale, using open-source technologies like Kubernetes and proprietary systems. Our team is fast-paced, with high-reaching goals, a large user base, and the autonomy to build the future of native Cloud infrastructure for all of Apple.

We're seeking someone with a strong background in program and project management, complemented by technical abilities. If you have 8-10 years of proven experience in software development project management for Site Reliability Engineering / DevOps / Infrastructure domains, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Cloud native Infrastructure programs
  • Experience with Kubernetes is a plus
  • Agile project experience with evidence and ability to demonstrate knowledge
  • SCRUM background and/or played the role of a Scrum Master is a plus
  • Prioritize features and technical road maps
  • Deliver large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Process re-engineering experience
  • Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to represent at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to handle multiple simultaneous end-to-end infrastructure, technical projects, and partner community comprising of various engineering teams and their partners

Requirements:

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical field is preferred
  • 8-10 years of proven experience in software development project management for Site Reliability Engineering / DevOps / Infrastructure domains
