We are seeking skilled Web Content Managers and Web Strategists with experience in managing web projects for the Department of Justice (DOJ).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with DSG's Communications Department to plan, develop, and manage web content that aligns with strategic objectives.
  • Lead major web initiatives, including continuous improvement projects, to enhance user experience and functionality.
  • Ensure website content is fully accessible and compliant with federal plain language guidelines.
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and promote it through effective search engine marketing strategies.
  • Write programming scripts to improve site functionality, performance, and user experience as needed.
  • Track and analyze website traffic, user engagement, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive content strategy and improvements.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation for ongoing and future web development efforts.
Qualifications:
  • Web Strategist:
    • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Drupal developer on government websites, preferably for the DOJ.
    • Experience leading large-scale web projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Web Content Manager:
    • Minimum 3 years of experience creating, updating, and managing web content under tight deadlines for government clients, especially the DOJ.
    • Proficiency in web accessibility standards and federal plain language principles.
  • Both Roles:
    • Proven ability to deliver projects on time while working in fast-paced environments.
    • Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Education: Master's degree in Computer Science (preferred).

Security Clearance: Ability to obtain Public Trust security clearance by contract start date.
