Knowledge Management Systems Specialist

Peraton is seeking a highly skilled Knowledge Management Specialist to support our IC customer in Bethesda, MD.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain knowledge management systems, including SharePoint sites, databases, and internal websites, to store, share, and utilize data.
- Advise the Government on the best utilization of knowledge management tools to enhance information sharing.
- Train system users, including IC partners, and provide user guides as needed.
- Integrate information with other databases and utilize automated tools and visualizations to facilitate user access and analysis.
- Employ specific tools for unique office needs, ensuring interoperability with or ability to share information with other IC or state and local partners.
- Create and maintain virtual communities of interest to enable ODNI and its partners to collaborate, store, search, and discover information.
- Develop simulations and exercises to test database readiness and communication channels.
- Maintain and update a customer-wide repository for instructions, Internal Process Documents (IPDs), and policy memorandum.
- Build data repositories for mission needs, generating visualizations to support analysis, reporting, and briefings.
- Requires a BA/BS and 3+ years of experience or no degree and 9+ years of experience.
- Requires a TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance.
- Requires experience with Knowledge Management processes and methodologies, including organizational studies and evaluations, system design and procedures, work simplification and measurement studies.
- Requires working knowledge of quality control/testing to provide feedback on web features displaying content.
- Languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.
- Requires some experience with Content Management Systems: Joomla, WordPress, SharePoint.
- Requires some experience with the following Software: Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Dreamweaver (or another web development tool).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including preparing operations and procedures manuals.
- Excellent process-oriented organizational skills to ensure a well-organized repository and pipeline of content.
- Demonstrated open communication and effective collaboration with team members and supervisors.

Target Salary Range: $112,000 - $179,000.
