Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by installing and maintaining DISH's cutting-edge technology in customers' homes.
Key Responsibilities- Install and configure DISH's smart home solutions, including TV and internet services
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction
- Work independently, using your own vehicle and equipment to travel to customer locations
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including installation and customer satisfaction metrics
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification a plus
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work at heights (up to 40 feet)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Competitive hourly rate: $18.75/hour
