About the Role
">The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to computer system users, troubleshooting technical problems, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our IT leadership team to select and implement cost-effective technology solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Your expertise in supporting desktop operating systems and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite will enable you to build strong relationships with our clients and deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
">* Provide technical support to computer system users via phone, email, or in-person
* Troubleshoot technical problems and resolve issues promptly
* Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving complaints
* Collaborate with the IT leadership team to select and implement cost-effective technology solutions
* Develop and maintain knowledge articles on technical topics
* Participate in continuous training and professional development to enhance technical skills and knowledge
Requirements
">* 1-5 years of experience in technical support, preferably in a call center environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Expertise in supporting desktop operating systems (Windows 10, 11, and Mac OS X 10.10.X)
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Office 365) and Active Directory functions
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
