Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with complex medical conditions, including chronic and acute infectious diseases
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care that address the unique needs of each patient
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions between departments
• Stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in infectious disease management, incorporating evidence-based interventions into patient care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred)
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut
• BCLS certification or willingness to obtain within one month of hire
• Experience working in a hospital setting, with a focus on infectious disease management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines

Estimated Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
