Responsibilities

Conduct testing, repairs, and routine maintenance on equipment both in the workshop and in the field. Additionally, contribute to business development to enhance revenue through the promotion of Weatherford products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Test and maintain equipment in both the workshop and field environments.
2. Provide onsite support related to liner hanger applications.
3. Perform maintenance and repairs on both company-owned and rental equipment in the field.
4. Assist in estimating time, costs, and labor for job assignments.
5. Recommend improvements to methods, performance, and quality to boost efficiency.
6. Ensure accurate and timely completion of job reports.
7. Assist in the workshop and make deliveries when necessary.
8. Support the Field Operations Supervisor.

Understand and adhere to Weatherford's Quality Policy and comply with all requirements outlined in the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures, and Workplace Instructions.

Comply with all safety regulations and company policies at Weatherford.
Execute work assignments to the highest quality standards.
Perform various other duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor within the physical constraints of the role.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of relevant experience in liner hangers and field operations.
2. Engineering degree, preferably in Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
3. General product knowledge.
4. Strong mechanical aptitude.
5. Self-motivated and proactive.
6. Excellent communication skills.
