Position Overview:

As a part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced HVAC/Refrigeration Technicians, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the field of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Assist senior technicians in troubleshooting, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC/R systems.
  • Participate in both major and minor preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Support the management of refrigerant levels and parts inventory to ensure efficient HVAC/R operations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to facilitate smooth operations.
Ideal Candidate Attributes:
  • Experience with rack refrigeration systems is a plus.
  • Strong commitment to customer service with effective communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and take personal responsibility for commitments.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Completion of HVAC/R Vocational or Technical Certification.
  • Possession of Type I/Type II EPA Certification for refrigerant handling.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
