RANAVAT, a leader in Ayurvedic beauty, seeks a Senior Manager of Retail Marketing to support global retail partners. This role requires a passionate, forward-thinking, and detail-oriented individual who can build strong relationships with retail partners and collaborate with the RANAVAT team.
This role is based in Westwood, LA, and requires a strong understanding of the beauty industry. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of retail marketing experience, preferably with a d2c brand, and a proven track record of executing marketing campaigns with national beauty retailers.
The Senior Manager of Retail Marketing will be responsible for designing, implementing, and amplifying retail marketing strategies to ensure local relevancy and cohesiveness with the RANAVAT brand DNA. This includes acting as the key marketing contact for all global retail requests, leading monthly retailer marketing calls, and partnering with directors of Marketing and Digital to build paid media strategies.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for owning marketing collateral for retail paid media campaigns, spearheading the creation and presentation of retailer Market Week decks, and leading the pitching process for marketing exposure across all channels.
Additionally, the Senior Manager of Retail Marketing will lead the planning and strategy of wholesale mega-events, retail launch strategies for new markets, and product website page management and digital asset updates.
The ideal candidate will have effective people management skills to lead, develop, and mentor direct report(s) and be able to travel occasionally for retailer/company meetings.
