Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster positive relationships by exceeding expectations in customer service, ensuring that all inquiries, transactions, and requests are addressed effectively.
  • Process member transactions, including cashing checks, making deposits, facilitating withdrawals, managing transfers, processing loan payments, issuing cashier's checks, and setting up new accounts.
  • Promote awareness of new products and services, identifying customer needs to leverage business referral opportunities.
  • Accurately track, record, and report transactional data.
  • Collaborate with team members to accomplish daily objectives while demonstrating respect, professionalism, and punctuality, supporting the leadership team as necessary.
