Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at CommonSpirit Health. As a Women's Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately, and delegate tasks to non-licensed personnel as needed.
  • Evaluate patient outcomes and revise care plans accordingly.
  • Negotiate conflicts and provide patient-centered care, promoting a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Act as a resource for employees, students, and residents, and demonstrate a commitment to patient and family-centered care.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to meet the needs of the facility and its customers.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited/approved school of nursing, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Current Registered Nurse license in Kentucky.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • Specialty certifications required based on unit specifications.
  • Minimum two years of experience as an RN in an acute care facility, with critical care experience required.
  • Knowledge of current nursing practices and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
