Job Summary

As a key member of our team, the Director of Wellness Experience will be responsible for overseeing the overall maintenance, daily upkeep, and cleanliness of our pool and beach areas. This includes the operation of cabana units and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recreation/health club operations and be able to lead a team to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage employees to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Monitor quality standards and meet customer expectations on a daily basis
  • Develop and implement departmental strategies to drive business results
  • Provide exceptional customer service and model behavior for team members
  • Manage outside vendors and ensure timely delivery of services
  • Develop and manage the children's program, including activities and supplies
  • Manage group activities, including sand painting, bon fires, and team building events
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in recreation/health club operations or related field
  • OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Health Education, Physical Education, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; no work experience required
