Human Resource Administrator

Alacrity Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Human Resource Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources functions.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
• Manage employee grievances and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
• Support career development and succession planning initiatives
• Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including record-keeping, payroll, and HRIS entry
• Conduct audits of payroll and HR programs and recommend corrective action
• Assist with the preparation of performance reviews and onboarding programs
Requirements
• At least two years' experience in human resources or a related field
• Strong working knowledge of HR software systems and intermediate to advanced computer skills
• Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate recommendations in a concise and timely manner
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain control and order over same
