In the position of Test Chip Engineering Program Manager, you will oversee the complete silicon timelines and address technical challenges to ensure the timely delivery of Test Chip silicon for custom Analog and Digital Hard IP development and validation.

This role emphasizes individual contribution, focusing on the development process for test chips that are integral to our next-generation products.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a Program Management team to resolve technical issues and deliver silicon on schedule.
  • Driving internal processes to ensure high-quality silicon specifications and design execution.
  • Supporting milestone achievements within a dynamic design environment.
  • Collaborating with multi-functional teams including Design, Verification, DFT, Validation, Technology, Digital IP, and Analog IP.
  • Guiding design teams to achieve immediate goals and addressing technical obstacles through effective collaboration with specialists.
  • Managing interdependencies across various programs and teams.
  • Providing focused reporting on issues, tracking bugs, and communicating program risks and status.
  • Identifying potential risks, developing strategies for mitigation, and facilitating conflict resolution.
Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • Demonstrated expertise in SoC/VLSI Chip Design, ASIC Chip Design, or Analog/Digital IP design.
  • Experience in Technical Program or Project Management.
  • Strong understanding of the Analog/Digital IP development lifecycle and associated tools and methodologies.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • A background in a complex engineering environment, adept at multitasking and managing real-time challenges.
  • Proficiency in project development metrics.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Javascript, Python, or Perl.
  • Experience with project management tools like Confluence and JIRA.
Education & Experience

A Bachelor’s degree along with 10+ years of relevant industry experience is required.
