Position Overview

The Restaurant Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the profitability and efficiency of the restaurant while upholding McDonald's esteemed standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This position is essential in steering the restaurant towards its objectives and formulating strategies to realize these goals.

Key Responsibilities:

The Operations Manager does not operate in isolation; they lead a dedicated team of Department Managers, each tasked with specific operational areas. This involves:

  • Assisting Department Managers in establishing their own targets.
  • Monitoring progress and providing constructive feedback.
  • Offering guidance and support to enhance departmental performance.

By fostering departmental improvements, the overall restaurant performance is elevated.

Additionally, the Operations Manager may oversee the recruitment and development of Department and Shift Managers, ensuring a capable team is in place for future success.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will possess prior experience as a Restaurant Operations Manager in high-volume settings. A background in quick-service dining is highly preferred, along with experience in hospitality or retail sectors. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age to assume a managerial role in our corporate-owned establishments.
