About the Role

We are seeking dedicated support team members to join our team at Schilling Beer Co. in Littleton, New Hampshire. As a support team member, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pub, providing exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Treating guests with respect and care, creating a memorable experience at our brewery's one-of-a-kind pub.
  • Assignment to one of three stations during service: host stand, barback, or expo (delivering food to customers).
  • Handling a fast-paced atmosphere with efficiency and poise.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including the bar, server and dining areas.
  • Working swiftly, accurately and cleanly when bussing guest tables, noticing when this needs to be done without being asked.
  • Following all State of NH alcoholic beverage service guidelines and complying with safety and sanitation standards.
  • Collaborating with management and teammates to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Requirements
  • A positive, upbeat attitude and a friendly demeanor, including during fast-paced service.
  • Willingness to be flexible and support in various ways (organizing, cleaning, managing guests and the waitlist, clearing tables, restocking glassware, appetizer and entree inspection and delivery, etc.).
  • Strong initiative–i.e. going above and beyond without being asked– a passion for details, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Multi-tasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to lift approximately 40 lbs.
  • Open and flexible availability to work midday, nights, weekends and select holidays.
  • The ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
