Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of administrative and clerical experience, with a strong ability to type at least 60 words per minute. The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Answer all incoming calls to the front desk and forward calls to the appropriate parties
- Process visitors' access and ensure everyone is signed in and given a visitor's badge
- Receive packages and letters and sign for packages when necessary
- Order company lodging cards, business cards, and technician t-shirts upon request
- Maintain inventory of vending machines and coffee for break areas
- Maintain service on all office equipment and report issues
- Sort and distribute all electronic faxes
- Create and maintain lunch rotation schedule for the front desk
- Maintain ID badge list and follow up with managers and employees as appropriate
- Track employee wellness documentation
- Clean out refrigerator in break room on a weekly basis
- Order office supplies for break rooms, supply rooms, and kitchen area as needed
- Maintain postage machines
- Maintain schedule for executive conference room
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in office administration or related field preferred
- At least three years of administrative and clerical experience required
- Ability to type at least 60 words per minute
- Extensive knowledge of office management procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
