Chief Administrative Officer, Facilities Management, Procurement

CAMBA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Administrative Officer to lead our Facilities Management, Procurement, and IT departments. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our facilities, managing our procurement processes, and ensuring the effective use of technology to support our programs.
Key Responsibilities- Facilities Management: Oversee the management of CAMBA's facilities, including the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to building operations, maintenance, and capital projects.
- Procurement: Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with CAMBA's policies and procedures, as well as those of our funders.
- IT: Oversee the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures to ensure the effective use of technology to support our programs.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of progressively responsible experience in facilities management, procurement, and IT management in a similar-sized organization and level of complexity.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to motivate and lead multiple departments and communicate effectively with program staff.
