About the Role

CAMBA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Administrative Officer to lead our Facilities Management, Procurement, and IT departments. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our facilities, managing our procurement processes, and ensuring the effective use of technology to support our programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the management of our facilities, including building maintenance, repairs, and capital projects. Ensure that our facilities are safe, secure, and meet the needs of our programs.
  • Procurement: Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with CAMBA's policies and funder requirements. Manage the bidding process for vendors and ensure that all procurement activities are transparent and fair.
  • IT: Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the effective use of technology to support our programs. Manage the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our network infrastructure, telephone systems, Internet access, computers, websites, database systems, and security camera systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in facilities management, real estate, planning, and project management, procurement, and IT management in a similar-sized organization and level of complexity.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to motivate and lead multiple departments and communicate effectively with program staff.

  • Competitive salary range: $240,000-$300,000 annually.
