The salary for this position is $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on education and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, as well as holiday, vacation, and sick leave. You will also be eligible for education discounts, retirement matching, and career training opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Associate's degree in Nursing, Diploma RN, or Master's degree in Nursing, a valid Registered Nursing License, excellent communication skills, and strong work ethics and accountability. Preferred qualifications include oncology nursing experience, current BLS certification, and national nursing certification.

Your responsibilities will include delivering nursing care for patients, collecting and documenting assessment data, developing a Plan of Care (POC) per standard, implementing POC, evaluating progress, providing effective patient/family education/discharge planning, administering medication, acting as a resource/supports others, delivering patient care using the principles of the defined nursing modality, delegating care, and contributing to a positive work environment.

This position involves frequent physical activity, including feeling, grasping, hearing, manipulating items with fingers, including keyboarding, reaching, repetitive motion, talking, walking, crouching, kneeling, lifting, pulling, pushing. You will also need to sit, stand, and use sharps occasionally.
