Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Satisfaction: Provide exceptional customer service, coach store staff to deliver outstanding service, and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Facility Condition: Maintain a clean and safe store environment, report equipment failures, and perform general housekeeping duties.
  • Merchandising: Ensure product areas are stocked, rotated, and displayed to meet freshness and appeal standards.
  • Sales Controls: Enter and coach store employees to enter all transactions accurately, manage cash and sales records, and maintain inventory control.
  • Financial Controls: Prepare and transmit daily bookkeeping, invoicing, and gasoline data, complete daily banking, and troubleshoot sales analysis.
  • Staffing Controls: Supervise store employees, schedule staff within company guidelines, and perform duties of Customer Service Representative and Lead CSR positions.
  • Security Controls: Maintain a safe environment for employees and customers, report incidents, and protect company assets.
  • Administrative Controls: Prepare sales, product, and operating reports, control merchandise and cash shortages, and perform shift audits.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, plus 6 months to 1 year of retail and management work experience.
  • Knowledge of basic business and customer service principles, including planning and organizing, resource management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly, deal with customers and unanticipated problems, and work as scheduled.
  • Ability to accurately operate a variety of equipment, including cash registers and scanners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision, and maintain a safe and clean work environment.

  • Perform approximately 95% of all work indoors, but will be required to clean parking lots, gas pumps, take out garbage, etc.
