Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and Removal Coordination: Plan and oversee the coordination of installs and removals of machines at new and existing locations.
  • Route Driver Management: Create systems to check-in Route Drivers daily to ensure all money bags are accounted for.
  • Equipment Management: Partner with the equipment team to ensure the product is secure from our suppliers.
  • Operations Support: Support Operations managers with reports and analytics.
  • Process Improvement: Implement tracking and reporting as this position evolves.
Requirements
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail is required to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
  • Communication Skills: Great communication and math skills are necessary to effectively interact with Route Drivers, existing accounts, and technicians.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills are required to provide top-notch service to our clients.
  • Self-Starter: A self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently is essential.
  • Time Management: Meets schedules and deadlines with ease.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Multi-Channel Communication: Handles various channels of communication, including Route Drivers, existing accounts, and technicians.
Working Conditions

This is a Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm position.
