About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Summit Interconnect, Inc. in Anaheim.

This role involves providing exceptional customer service, coordinating sales quotes, and communicating quotation information to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Review all customer-supplied documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  2. Define all customers 'Special Requirements' and work with Engineering to determine manufacturability.
  3. Negotiate with customers for price and delivery, and accept and enter all Sales Orders, Change Orders, and Cancellations.
  4. Correspond with customers regarding all orders and RFQ's, and follow all ISO procedures.

Qualifications:

  • At least two years' experience in the printed circuit board industry.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with management and supervisory staff.
  • Familiarity with personal computers and ability to follow company systems and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 annually based on experience.
