Administrative Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Summit Interconnect, Inc. in Anaheim.
This role involves providing exceptional customer service, coordinating sales quotes, and communicating quotation information to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Review all customer-supplied documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Define all customers 'Special Requirements' and work with Engineering to determine manufacturability.
- Negotiate with customers for price and delivery, and accept and enter all Sales Orders, Change Orders, and Cancellations.
- Correspond with customers regarding all orders and RFQ's, and follow all ISO procedures.
Qualifications:
- At least two years' experience in the printed circuit board industry.
- Ability to communicate effectively with management and supervisory staff.
- Familiarity with personal computers and ability to follow company systems and procedures.
Compensation and Benefits:
- A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 annually based on experience.
- A variety of health and benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, HSA plans, hospital and accident plans, life insurance, PTO, and paid holidays.
