Become an Estimator with Rainbow International Restoration

We are looking for a dedicated estimator who is focused on customer satisfaction to join our team.

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of expertise in Xactimate estimate preparation and will play a crucial role in assessing property damages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct timely inspections and project assessments.
  • Utilize specialized software to generate estimates for both residential and commercial restoration initiatives.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors to coordinate estimates effectively.
  • Prepare precise job estimates and detailed proposals.
  • Source pricing for necessary materials and equipment for projects.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Maintain updated resource information regarding products and suppliers.
  • Participate in departmental and company meetings as necessary.
  • Notify management of any discrepancies in quoted items.
Collaboration and Oversight:
  • All adjustments will be documented and submitted to management for evaluation.
  • Estimates that exceed a specified threshold will require managerial review prior to presentation.
  • Utilization of company-approved vendors and subcontractors is mandatory.
Essential Competencies:
  • Customer Service: Address customer needs promptly while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Quality Assurance: Exhibit precision and thoroughness in all tasks.
  • Reliability: Adhere to instructions consistently and strive for performance improvement.
