We are in search of a detail-oriented estimator to assist in assessing property damages. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of expertise in writing estimates using Xactimate software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections and evaluations of projects promptly.
  • Utilize software to generate estimates for both residential and commercial restoration assignments.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors to coordinate estimates effectively.
  • Prepare precise job estimates and comprehensive proposals.
  • Source pricing for necessary materials and equipment for projects.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update resource information regarding products and suppliers.
  • Participate in departmental and company meetings as needed.
  • Notify management of any discrepancies in quoted items.
Working Relationships:
