Electro-Mechanical Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our team at Dynamic Growth Management LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for inspecting and repairing various types of rotating equipment, including Electric Motors, Pumps, Gearboxes, and Generators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Disassemble, inspect, repair, and assemble rotating equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our equipment and systems to provide expert-level support.
  • Participate in quality control procedures to ensure our work meets the highest standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve our operations.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
