Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, modify, and test electromechanical equipment, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve system performance.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, and testing.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or technical certification preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in electromechanical maintenance, repair, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of electromechanical systems, including electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
