Your Role:

As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial success of our boutique by ensuring precise inventory management, maintaining product excellence, and organizing stock areas efficiently. You will collaborate closely with Client Advisors and Store Leaders to deliver outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing product movements within the boutique.
  • Ensure that all product handling is executed flawlessly and packaged according to company standards within designated timelines.
  • Coordinate all shipping activities, including client orders and inter-boutique transfers.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation related to product movements.
  • Assist in the implementation of Visual Merchandising directives by preparing products and ensuring that visual standards are upheld throughout the day, communicating any support needs to relevant parties.
  • Collaborate with store management on inventory reporting and develop solutions for any issues that arise.
  • Communicate product requirements to corporate partners.
  • Conduct regular and as-needed Cycle Counts to identify and minimize shrinkage while enhancing inventory accuracy.
  • Manage supply levels, including packaging materials within the boutique.
  • Deliver exceptional client service by assisting Client Advisors in locating and retrieving additional sizes, colors, and options.
  • Maintain boutique standards regarding maintenance and facilities management.
  • Exhibit extensive product knowledge to support sales efforts, reduce inventory discrepancies, ensure accurate transfers and shipping, and uphold product integrity.
  • Support managerial tasks, including store opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and other assigned responsibilities.
  • Lead and conduct physical inventory processes.
  • Demonstrate reliability and integrity in all interactions, adhering to company policies and guidelines.
  • Encourage teamwork and commitment within the team to achieve collective goals and celebrate accomplishments and growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Strong affinity for the Brunello Cucinelli brand and its philosophy.
  • High School Diploma is required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a high-end retail or hospitality environment.
  • Exceptional customer service and networking abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing workloads and tasks as business needs evolve.
  • Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, related to store operations, product assortment, and business opportunities.
  • Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • Experience with RFID technology is advantageous.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds without assistance.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
