  • Compile monthly financial documentation, such as cash flow reports, balance sheets, and owner equity statements, while making necessary adjusting journal entries.
  • Perform errands as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks, working under pressure, and demonstrating initiative, resourcefulness, and sound judgment with minimal supervision while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project management capabilities to effectively oversee, report, and prioritize multiple projects while adhering to deadlines.
  • Ability to uphold strict confidentiality.
  • Candidates must successfully complete a drug screening, criminal background check, and credit evaluation.
