Job Summary

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality patient care in our Outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and diagnose patients with communication and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy programs to improve or restore communicative facility
  • Administer diagnostic tests and provide treatment to adults and children with various communication disorders, voice and swallowing impairments, and neurological defects
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide in-service training and education to healthcare staff on speech therapy principles and techniques
Requirements
  • Masters or Doctorate Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • One year of clinical experience in Speech Pathology
  • Speech-Language Pathologist License (California)
  • National Provider Identifier required at hire
  • Basic Life Support required at hire
