Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for ensuring the operational success of our ESG clients throughout their entire account lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting pre-sales requests for information (RFIs) and proposals (RFPs), as well as presentations.
- Facilitating client and internal discovery sessions to identify needs and develop effective solutions.
- Creating comprehensive solution proposals and statements of work (SOWs) that address key business challenges.
- Leading the implementation of complex, enterprise-wide solutions while providing guidance to both client and internal teams.
- Conducting quarterly business reviews to drive continuous growth and improvement of assigned accounts.
- Building and maintaining trusting relationships with both internal stakeholders and client representatives.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in the translation and localization industry, preferably in account or project management roles.
- Experience in engaging with clients for new business opportunities and consulting initiatives.
- Familiarity with translation management technologies.
- Proven ability to lead project teams of five or more individuals.
- Strong skills in identifying program opportunities and communicating business value.
- Experience in navigating change within high-performance, collaborative environments.
- Exposure to strategic client meetings focused on discovery, onboarding, and improvement initiatives.
